Good point! It is on the recipe but I never use it because of the MSG in most ranch dressing mixes. But a packet of ranch dressing mix in the potatoes are really tasty!

Great idea, but did you forget to put in the ingredient list the salad dressing mix! I’ve done the recipe without the mix and it is good, too.
