Wow! What an incredible journey/story of your dream house. When I saw the picture I knew immediately why you fell in love. I’m a lover of old homes too. Oh, Melinda, it is truly charming. This experienced rehabber can definitely see the charm and know how everything would take at least 3 times as long as anticipated and cost at least 1/2 as much more!
